The Nationals have signed closing pitcher Jorge Lopez for a 1 year, $3 million deal. Here are some facts to help you get to know Jorge Lopez.

From Puerto Rico, Lopez will turn 32 on February 10th.
He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the second round of the 2011 draft out of Caguas Military Academy, making his major league debut in September 2015.
In the past, Lopez has played for the Brewers, Royals, Orioles, Twins, Marlins, Mets, and the Cubs.
Jorge Lopez was an All- star in 2022 as a closer for the American League.
